Braesyde, Kippford

Scaffolding was erected for this private client at their stunning and unique holiday home, Braesyde, in Kippford. The scaffolding access system was designed to safely reach all elevations of the property, enabling the client to carry out essential repairs and resealing works to the windows. The installation ensured full coverage while maintaining stability and efficiency throughout the project.

Bluebell Gardens, Dumfries

Bluebell Gardens is a modern new-build development of two and three-bedroom bungalows on the former Locharbriggs Social Club site in Dumfries. We supported the build from the outset by erecting safe, reliable scaffolding for all trades working on site.

Our team then completed the roofing works, fitting flat, anthracite Breedon roof tiles for a clean, contemporary finish. To improve durability and reduce ongoing maintenance, we also installed a dry verge and dry ridge system – helping protect the roofline against wind uplift and weather ingress while keeping everything looking sharp.

Haggsmount, Ecclefechan

This modern, new build bungalow at Haggsmount, Ecclefechan was constructed by Lewis Murray Builders and successfully sold by Yopa. JNR were delighted to be involved in the project, fitting a green/grey Brazilian roof slate, finished off with a black capped angled ridge.

Galla Crescent, Dalbeattie

This private client contacted JNR to review the roof on their bungalow in Dalbeattie, ahead of placing the property on the market. After carrying out an initial inspection, the team completed a full strip & re-slate using a Double Roman Roof Tile in anthracite grey. The property was subsequently marketed and successfully sold by Yopa.
